In the first quarter of 2021, the United Kingdom's iOS platform saw interesting trends in the tabletop board games category. Sensor Tower's data provides a comprehensive look at the top five applications' performance metrics, including downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Chess - Play & Learn by Chess.com witnessed a steady revenue trend, starting the quarter with $29K in the last week of December 2020 and peaking at around $36K in the first week of January 2021, before ending March at approximately $25K. The game saw its highest downloads at 29K in the second week of January, which gradually declined to 12K by the end of March. Weekly active users remained robust, with a high of 270K in late March.

Marmalade Game Studio's MONOPOLY: The Board Game showed a descending revenue trend from $47K at the end of December to about $9K by late March. Downloads decreased from 4.5K to 806 over the same period. Weekly active users started at around 17K and dropped to 7.5K by the end of the quarter.

Yahtzee® with Buddies Dice from Scopely, Inc. experienced fluctuating revenue, with a noticeable peak at $24K in the last week of January, and closed the quarter with $18K. The active users remained fairly consistent, hovering around 26K to 27K throughout the quarter.
